Terms and Conditions

The Quinta da Paz policy is strict, no cancellation. Payment will be upon booking, reservations will be confirmed by us upon receipt of transfer of the requested amount. Should there be a special issue, please email us at least 14 days before your arrival and we shall see what we can do for you.

Our check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 12:00 noon. For alternatives, please arrange by email.

Our property has a policy of No Smoking. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be asked to leave and we cancel your booking. The legal penalty from the government is minimum 2,000 euro!

We do accept cards: Multibanco and most Credit Cards.

There is parking space available in the street and in front of the hotel. Parking in any case is at the risk of the car owner/driver: The owners of Quinta da Paz do not accept any responsibility.

All guest rooms are located on the first floor. There is no elevator, but the main entrance is accessible by wheelchair. 

We reserve the right to charge at a minimum of 150€, for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
