Payment Policy

Our rates are all inclusive of taxes, based on your booking: single-, double or quadruple occupancy.

Please note, due to personal circumstances there will be no Breakfast served. There is a small kitchen available for communal use on your floor. The kitchen will be open for your convenience to prepare your breakfast, and clean up. We kindly ask you to clean all you have used. Thanks

There are no additional taxes, fees or hidden surcharges.

Extras to be charged during the stay need to be paid in cash.

Direct reservations need to be confirmed by bank transfer payment, or credit card authorisation upon our request.

Please note a Direct reservation can only be confirmed after we receive the bank transfer. Bank details will be emailed after we have received a Direct Reservation by email.

Pets are not allowed. You will be liable for any damages.
